When Is Rent Due in Wyoming?

  • Noncompliance – Describe the violation and quote it directly from the lease. Give the tenant 3 days to fix the violation or move out of the property.
  • Lease termination – Indicate whether you are the landlord or tenant. After stating your intent to end the lease, give an effective date that is at least thirty (30) days from the next rent payment due date.

Step 6: Explain the consequences of not following the indications you have provided i.e. you will file an eviction lawsuit against the tenant.

Step 7: (Applies to the notice deliverer) Upon delivery, indicate whether the delivery was made through first or second party delivery or US Postal Service First Class Mail Delivery. State the date of delivery, property address, and recipient’s name then sign below this information.
