In this site, the word template shall denote any design as well as business document templates sold on our site. We have gone out of our way to ensure that all our templates do not in any way infringe upon our intellectual rights or that of any person.

Similarly, anyone who displays any of our products or uses any of our templates without a license will be deemed as infringing upon our intellectual rights.

In the spirit of leading from the front, we encourage all those that notice any intellectual infringement on our part to contact us through the Copyrights officer with a full report detailing the following.

The aggrieved party’s physical and/or electronic signature as well as an authorization given by the owner of the said property mandating the complainant to pursue the matter on their behalf.
Identification of the trademarked, copyrighted as well as other rights for which allegations of infringements have been made.
The URL of the item in dispute alongside the URL of the intellectual product for which infringement allegations have been made.
Complainant’s basic information such as their name, mobile number and email address.
A statement of good faith.
A notarized statement suggesting that all information supplied alleging the intellectual property infringement is accurate and that the agent shall be deemed as the rightful owner of the property in dispute or the authorized persons acting for the rightful owner and shall therefore be held accountable in the event of a penalty or perjury.
