Reply to warning letter for coming late

Dear Madam Angela,

I am sorry I have come late 3 times this month. This has portrayed a bad image on me in the organization. I also understand that this has

affected my performance at work and it could lead to a worst situation if I don’t change.

The route that I use to work has been experiencing traffic lately and I have not yet got to know the cause of it. I resolved to be leaving

the house early, which I have been doing but sometimes the situation has been unavoidable. I am really sorry for this.

I am looking for a house so that I can move from the place I stay now to another one that is more convenient. I promise that going forward, this will not happen again. Please forgive me.

I thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Ann Brown
